The San Francisco Brown Bombers are NOW signing up kids ages 5 to 15 years old for tackle Football, Cheerleading & Competitive Dance for the 2010 season. This will be our 12th season of providing high quality programming for youth in San Francisco. As a result of the efforts of our volunteer staff, kids & parents we have become a nationally recognized organization which has been consistently ranked as a top tier organization representing all of San Francisco. We are one of San Francisco's premier ALL - Volunteer organizations serving more than 200 youth annually. Your support is paramount to our continued success. Where do I register?

Come to Youngblood Coleman Park (located at Mendell & Galvez) any saturday until August 1st between 10am and 2pm or come to St. Paul Shipwreck at 1122 Jamestown Ave, San Francisco CA 94124 Monday through Thursday between 5 and 7pm.

Please keep in mind space is limited, so don't wait until practice begins to start the registration process.

What do I need to bring?

In order to participate in the Pop Warner program, each child must submit the following:

• $175 Registration Fee and Registration form
• Physical Examination / Medical History & Release (Dated after January 1, same year)
• Copy of Birth Certificate (with the state seal)
• Copies of last four report cards
• Copy of medical insurance card
