Registration for the 2010 season begins in the spring, with practice beginning on August 1st. Check back for news on where and when sign-up sessions will be held or call the Brown Bombers office at (415) 820-1516 for more information.

Please keep in mind space is limited, so don't wait until practice begins to start the registration process.

In order to participate in the Pop Warner program, each child must submit the following:

• $160 Registration Fee and Registration form
• Physical Examination / Medical History & Release (Dated after January 1, same year)
• Copy of Birth Certificate (with the state seal)
• 3 copies of all report cards from last fall through June
• Copy of medical insurance card
• Signed Equipment Contract
• Signed Parent Code of Conduct
