This will be our 14th season of providing high quality programming for youth in San Francisco. As a result of the efforts of our volunteer staff, kids & parents we have become a nationally recognized organization which has been consistently ranked as a top tier organization representing all of San Francisco. We are one of San Francisco's premier ALL-Volunteer organizations serving more than 200 youth annually. Your support is paramount to our continued success. Please keep in mind space is limited, so don't wait until practice begins to start the registration process. Full payment and completed registration form will guarantee your child a spot on the team.
Where do I register?
This year we'll be offering ONLINE REGISTRATION for the first time. [Online registration will be active in the next few days - 5/17]. By registering online you'll receive a $15 discount. You may also turn in completed registration forms to the Brown Bomber office Tuesday-Thursday, 5:30-8:00pm. The office is located at:

What do I need to bring?
In order to participate in the Pop Warner program, each child must submit the following:
- $200 Registration Fee, paid in full (no checks) -- $185 if you REGISTER ONLINE
- Physical form dated after January 1, 2012
- Copy of Birth Certificate (with the state seal)
- Copies of final 2012 year end report card (Due by July 15, 2012)
- Copy of medical insurance form
- Signed and completed registration forms (player's name must match Birth Certificate exactly)
